About The Role
We are seeking an engaged and highly skilled Senior Java Developer (m/w/d) to join our team at ivv GmbH. This role focuses on application development within the domain of claims adjustment and insurance processes, specifically targeting damage and accident management systems. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification with proven experience as a Java developer. Experience working within agile frameworks, particularly SCRUM, is essential. You should have strong technical skills in Java and Jakarta EE, with familiarity in tools such as Jenkins, IntelliJ IDEA (preferably with Kotlin), Maven, JUnit, and GitLab. Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation is required. Excellent communication skills in German at a minimum of C1 level are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, qualities such as reliability, team spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued.
