About The Role
We are seeking a professional and motivated Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our Human Resources team at the Bad Belzig location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process within the Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark, ensuring the acquisition of qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. Your expertise will contribute to shaping a dynamic and competent workforce, fostering a positive employer brand, and supporting the organizational growth. The position offers a permanent contract, with a workload of up to 39 hours per week, and is classified under pay grade 9c TVöD (VKA). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and a strategic mindset to enhance our personnel management practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom) in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a comparable field, or hold the qualification as a Verwaltungsfachwirt/in. Prior experience in recruitment or human resources, particularly in areas such as marketing or employer branding, is highly desirable. Candidates should have solid knowledge of personnel marketing and active sourcing techniques, along with familiarity with employment law, collective bargaining, civil service regulations, and personnel representation rights. Strong communication and advisory skills are essential, as well as a structured, meticulous, and independent working style. Empathy and a respectful approach towards candidates are crucial to foster a positive candidate experience and uphold the organization's values.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment procedures for various positions within the Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Create compelling job advertisements, manage applicant databases, and coordinate interviews to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Develop and enhance our employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organization's values and opportunities.
- Provide strategic consultation and collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Implement active sourcing techniques to proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
- Organize and participate in recruiting campaigns, job fairs, and networking events to increase visibility and attract diverse applicant pools.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices.
