• Advising private and business clients on financial and insurance solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and enthusiasm
• Independent, structured, and dedicated work style
• Sales experience is desirable but not a requirement – career changers are welcome
