Requirements
Must have:
- A completed university degree (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in IT-related fields (Informatics, Information and Communication Technology, Computer Science, or comparable) or a comparable qualification.
- Approximately five years of professional experience in relevant areas.
- Knowledge of IT solutions such as requirements management, test management, and quality assurance.
- Programming knowledge.
- Experience in software development with Java.
- Experience with SpringBoot and React.
- Experience in developing web applications with JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS.
- Independent work style and high sense of responsibility.
- German language proficiency C2 according to the European Framework of Reference.
- Social and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of relevant processes and tax IT procedures.
- ITIL experience with Collabora Online.
- Knowledge of VBA/VB.Net.
- AI competencies / AI skills.
- Experience in state administration, preferably tax administration.
- Good analytical thinking skills, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing and implementing new processes in IT, technology, or organization.
- Ensuring processes run efficiently and troubleshooting errors.
- Supporting users during operation.
- Planning and organizing the digitalization of work processes.
- Executing tasks in automation (analysis, development, programming, documentation, implementation, technical execution).
- Process/program maintenance, particularly regarding Office template management.
- Signing Office files with macros and macro programming (VBA).
- Participating in the process support of the Office system under KDialog.
- Documentation, processing, and monitoring of template updates.
- Conducting test and release procedures.
- Training and supporting users.
- Collaborating with federal, state, the Ministry of Finance, tax offices, and the IT service provider Dataport.
