Senior Data Engineer (AI & Healthcare) - Frankfurt
A growing AI-first HealthTech company in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to build the data infrastructure behind a live AI platform already being used in therapeutic environments.
You'll design and scale robust data pipelines, integrate complex behavioural and clinical datasets, and create the foundations that enable advanced analytics and AI applications to deliver real-world impact in healthcare.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence in a fast-growing, 30-person company.

What you'll be doing
- Building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
- Designing and evolving the data warehouse architecture
- Working with large behavioural and clinical datasets
- Ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and reliability
- Supporting analytics, business intelligence, and AI workloads
- Collaborating closely with AI, engineering, and product teams
What you'll bring
- 5 years' experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a similar role
- Strong Python and SQL
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms (GCP and BigQuery ideal)
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow
- Solid understanding of data modelling and warehouse design
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines
- An AI-ready mindset - using modern AI tools to improve workflows
