What You'll Actually Do

• Act as a senior 2nd/3rd level support and infrastructure backbone
• Work with Windows Server, networking, and classic on-prem concepts
• Contribute ideas on how IT operations should be structured and improved
• Over time: mentor others and take ownership of processes and structure
