IT System Administrator – Linux – Frankfurt - €90,000

Since 2002 this company has been Germany's lead software manufacturer for tax ERP systems and they're looking for a System Administrator to join the team.

The outstanding quality of their software is trusted by both national and international customers.

The tasks

• Independent support for the operation (maintenance, servicing, monitoring) of all hardware (application servers, firewalls, switches, hypervisors, storage, backup, ...) available to customers as part of hosting in the data centre.
• Support, maintenance and servicing of the internal network structure.

Desired profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and exposure to some of the following: network technology, firewall, switches, hypervisor (Proxmox/KVM/VM-Ware), storage, backup and monitoring, MS-SQL and MySQL.
• Ideally experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows Server.
• Good written and spoken German.
