About the Role / Responsibilities

In this role, you will be significantly involved in the further development of an innovative HR management software. Your responsibilities include:

• Development, maintenance, and optimization of existing modules
• Implementation of new features in the area of AI-supported process automation
• Contribution to the improvement of software design, performance, and scalability
• Close collaboration with the development team, participation in code reviews and architectural decisions
• Support in reducing technical debt and further developing the system architecture

You will work in an environment that values clean architecture, well-thought-out design patterns, and long-term code quality.

Your Profile

• Very good knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js
• Initial experience with Python, AI SDK, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
• Good understanding of software design and architectural principles
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with GIT and a clean deployment process
• Optional: Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Passion for clean code, structured work, and innovative technologies
• Mid- to Senior-level. Practical experience and technical curiosity are crucial.
