Senior Software Engineer | Hamburg, Germany | Remote | €70,000 - €85,000 Annual
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a dynamic company that develops high-quality software solutions across diverse industries including e-commerce, gaming, and health. The Role
- Plan, develop, and improve tailored software solutions collaboratively with the team
- Take ownership of complete projects from conception to release, aligning with product and customer visions
- Gather and refine requirements with Product Owners, clients, and stakeholders
- Actively shape technology decisions and architectural approaches
- Understand customer needs to adapt both software and business processes for optimal solutions
- Continuously improve organizational processes through regular syncs and retrospectives, fostering knowledge sharing
What You'll Need
- Several years of professional experience, ideally 5+ years in developing comprehensive software systems (preferably full-stack)
- Proven experience in multiple software projects, especially within larger initiatives
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex system landscapes and develop suitable solutions
- High expertise with a strong focus on results
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field
- Good communication skills in German (C1-Level) and English
- Valid EU work permit
