Du identifizierst passende Personen über verschiedene Kanäle, gehst proaktiv in die Direktansprache und führst erste Gespräche, um fachliche und persönliche Eignung zu prüfen.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, mit klarer Suchstrategie und einem guten Marktverständnis. Mit deiner professionellen, kommunikativen und verbindlichen Art trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass wir Schlüsselpositionen erfolgreich und nachhaltig besetzen.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20 Std.)

Deine Aufgaben:

• Proaktive Identifikation und Direktansprache geeigneter Personen über LinkedIn, Xing und weitere relevante Kanäle
• Aufbau und Pflege von Talent-Pools, insbesondere für:
  1. Vertriebsprofile (Inside Sales, Außendienst, Business Development etc.)
  2. Technische Positionen (z. B. im Bereich Elektronik, Engineering, technische Beratung)
• Erstellung zielgruppenspezifischer Suchstrategien
• Übernahme des gesamten Interviewprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich
• Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation neuer Recruiting-Kanäle
• Dokumentation und Pflege der Kandidatendaten im HR-System

Dein Profil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Active Sourcing oder Inhouse-Recruiting
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Recruiting von Vertriebsprofilen
• Gutes technisches Grundverständnis
• Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen schnell zu erfassen und in passende Suchstrategien zu übersetzen
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Erstkontakt
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit Business-Netzwerken (LinkedIn Recruiter o. ä.)
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively identifying and directly approaching suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing, and other relevant channels
• Building and maintaining talent pools, particularly for:
  1. Sales profiles (inside sales, field sales, business development, etc.)
  2. Technical positions (e.g., in electronics, engineering, technical consulting)
• Creating target group-specific search strategies
• Handling the entire interview process in cooperation with the department
• Market observation and identification of new recruiting channels

Your profile

• Several years of experience in active sourcing or in-house recruiting
• Proven experience in recruiting sales profiles
• Good basic technical understanding
• Ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into suitable search strategies
• Very good communication skills and confident manner in initial contact
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Confident use of business networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Business fluent in German and English
