Your Role

In the Small Accounts Team, you will play a central role in supporting our B2B customers with a vehicle fleet of six to 13 vehicles. After the successful conclusion of a contract by the Sales Team, you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers and will accompany them throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the personal consultation and long-term retention of our existing customers -- especially when it comes to extending existing subscriptions or booking a follow-up subscription. With a keen sense for individual requirements and wishes, you will find tailor-made mobility solutions together with our customers and ensure that they always enjoy an outstanding customer experience.

Your Goals

  • Know the market and our product: You will become an expert on the market for small company fleets and our offering.
  • Increase customer loyalty: You will actively support our existing customers in extending their subscriptions or switching to a follow-up subscription.
  • Manage our portfolio of existing customers: You will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience for our customer portfolio. In close cooperation with the Growth Team, you will succeed in satisfying our customers and ensuring that they conclude follow-up contracts for expiring subscriptions.
  • Develop strategic retention measures: With a view to the entire customer lifecycle, you will implement targeted measures to increase customer loyalty and work closely with your team to further develop the retention strategy.
  • Improve our processes: You will identify areas for improvement and help establish new and improve existing processes. Thus, you will contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of our work.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed your (Bachelor's) degree or vocational training.
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Your entrepreneurial thinking makes you a competent contact person who works out solutions together with potential customers.
  • You are a communication talent -- both written and spoken. You find it easy to adapt to different conversation partners.
  • You are structured and question existing processes.
  • You speak German at a native level and are proficient in English.

€36,000 - €45,000 a year

Account Manager €36,000 -- €45,000 Factors that may influence compensation within this range include experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, education level, seniority, and performance. Compensation for this position will be in the range of €36,000 to €45,000 + VSOP, depending on the factors described above, which will be assessed during the application process. This is the lowest or highest salary that, to the best of our knowledge, we consider fair for this role at the time of publication. Please note that this salary range may change in the future.
