Your Role
As Lead Operations Planning at FINN, you will be responsible for your team and the end-to-end vehicle processes. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensure that vehicles are provided on time and run efficiently through the processes, take on leadership responsibility, and continuously develop your team. In doing so, you will actively contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and growing FINN.
We are looking for this role once for the Infleeting area, where you will be responsible for the onboarding of our vehicles, and once for the Defleeting area, where you will be responsible for the de-boarding of vehicles from our fleet.
In both roles, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that our vehicle processes run smoothly and thus support the operational success and efficiency of the respective team.

Your Goals
- Process Management: As Lead, you are responsible for the efficient processing of the entire infleeting or defleeting processes.
- -> Infleeting: From the delivery of vehicles by manufacturers to handover to our customers, process control lies with you and your team.
- -> Defleeting: From vehicle return to remarketing of the vehicles, process control lies with you. Ensuring a smooth process and timely execution is of central importance.
- Partner Management: You will integrate new partners into our processes and ensure smooth cooperation with our existing partners. You will define clear expectations and ensure their compliance. You will actively push for improvements when necessary.
- Team Leadership: You will take on leadership responsibility for team members and promote their development. Contribute to the success of your team members by supporting them in their professional and personal development - with individual development plans, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Data Quality: You are responsible for the accurate maintenance of our fleet management system, ensuring the data quality of all process-specific information, and guaranteeing transparent and efficient data exchange with all involved internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: You will optimize and automate internal processes in collaboration with other teams. You will develop innovative approaches that make our processes efficient and scalable.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an operations environment with initial leadership experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Completed university degree or completed vocational training, for example in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics / Supply Chain or in Automotive Management.
- You enjoy questioning and optimizing processes and work in a structured, detail-oriented manner while maintaining an overview.
- You have experience in building trusting relationships with partner companies. You are not afraid of conflicts, always keep a cool head, and are solution-oriented.
- You speak fluent German (C2 level) and have very good English skills (min. C1 level) for daily collaboration in an international environment.
