Your Role

As a working student in Verification & Fraud Prevention, you will support our team in checking bookings and customer data and identifying risks early on. You will work closely with the Operations and Security teams and gain insights into fraud prevention processes in a rapidly growing environment. You will learn to identify anomalies, document cases in a structured manner, and support operational tasks related to verification.

• Support in checking customer documents during the booking and verification process
• Identify and report anomalies or potential risks to the team
• Maintain and document cases in our internal systems
• Support in analyzing incidents and in operational measures
• Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows

Your Profile

• You are a registered student and want to unleash your inner detective
• You work carefully, systematically, and have a good eye for detail
• You approach tasks reliably and enjoy working in a team
• You are interested in topics such as security, verification, or fraud prevention
• Very good German skills and good English skills
