Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager focusing on Social Media, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing, and PR, you will play a key leadership role at our company headquarters, reporting directly to management. Your responsibilities include:

  • Co-leading the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in close collaboration with management, ensuring optimal alignment of marketing channels and activities.
  • Strategically and operationally leading and developing nine Instagram channels based on local analysis and individual channel strategies.
  • Conceiving, establishing, and scaling nine TikTok channels.
  • Regularly briefing, managing, and ensuring quality control of external content creators while adhering to CI guidelines.
  • Selecting, approaching, and managing cooperation partners, including responsibility for contractual agreements.
  • Continuing, maintaining, and strategically expanding existing reporting structures, including KPI monitoring and performance analysis.
  • Deriving recommendations for action to continuously optimize social media and performance marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in social media management, ideally with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience collaborating with content creators and influencers.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, platform mechanics, and community dynamics.
  • Proficient in handling CI specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Solid understanding and extensive knowledge of data-driven marketing (Paid, Performance, CRM).
  • Analytical thinking and experience in reporting and KPI-based work.
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work approach.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with graphic design programs like Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
