Your Tasks
We are evolving -- and so is our web presence. In the future, websites will no longer be created "by hand" but based on modern templates, automation-driven workflows, and AI-supported processes. We are looking for someone who is eager to help shape this path from the very beginning.
As a (Junior) Web Developer at our Leipzig or Ismaning location, you will work on the technical foundation of our web world. This means:
- Implementation and further development of technical template logic (e.g., structured code blocks, reusable logic elements, modular design systems, AI-compatible structures)
- Creation of technical functions or scripts to automate workflows, testing processes, or generation
- Collaboration with clients in (telephone) requirements gathering and implementation and adaptation of websites in our current systems (currently including WordPress), which are being modernized step by step
- Shaping the future web tech architecture
- Building automated website creation processes
- Integration and connection of new tools, AI systems, and services into our web infrastructure
- Quality assurance (performance, structure, security, technical best practices)
What Impresses Us
Must-haves
- Completed technical training (e.g., IT specialist for application development) or a degree in IT -- alternatively, convince us with comparable practical experience in a technical environment
- Extensive technical understanding of modern web architectures (e.g., HTML/CSS structures, API basics, component logic)
- Ability to think conceptually -- you understand how websites are built, not just how to click through them
- Experience and understanding of web technologies and automation or AI tools (e.g., prompting, API integrations)
- Professional German language skills, business fluent (C1/C2)
- Structured and solution-oriented work style
Nice-to-haves
- Initial experience using AI-powered website builders (e.g., Lovable)
- Experience in developing templates, components, or modular systems
