Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the web development team, providing technical and disciplinary guidance.
• Oversee the technical development, advancement, and quality of client websites, including resource, time, and budget planning.
• Ensure adherence to SLA standards, performance, PageSpeed, and GDPR compliance for websites.
• Actively contribute to digitalization and automation of internal processes, utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with clients, sales, and management.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in computer science, web development, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web hosting, domains, DNS, and email configurations.
• Independent, structured work style with strong teamwork skills.
• High affinity and experience with AI.
• Proactive, structured, and quality-oriented approach with a passion for new technologies and automation.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Bootstrap, etc.).
• Experience in optimizing loading times, SEO, and GDPR-compliant websites.
