We are looking for YOU as our Customer Advocate (x/f/m) -- France!
Your mission
- You are the main point of contact for our French customers and guide them throughout their entire case journey
- You communicate with airlines, external lawyers, and our partner law firms
- You assess incoming cases and support the initial legal evaluation
- You contribute your own ideas to improve and optimize our operational processes
- You support cross-functional projects and help further develop our services
Your profile
- You have a strong interest in consumer protection and are eager to quickly dive into new and complex topics
- You have excellent communication skills and express yourself clearly and professionally
- You work independently, reliably, and take ownership of your tasks
- You are highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- You are fluent in French (C2 level) and have very good English skills -- German is a plus, but not required
