The Role
As Partner Sales Manager, you'll own the development and execution of their partner strategy across Europe and the US. Working directly with leading systems integrators in the intralogistics space, you'll be the architect of relationships that drive scale --- building the structures, processes, and go-to-market strategies that turn partnerships into revenue.
This role is fully remote. Based in Germany, or alternatively within commuting distance of a major European hub --- London, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid/Barcelona or Rome.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with real commercial accountability and the opportunity to build a team around you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strategic partnerships --- Identifying, developing and growing relationships with top-tier integration partners across Europe and the US
- Driving go-to-market execution --- Designing and implementing joint sales strategies, including license models and co-branded solutions
- Enabling partner success --- Building an internal enablement team and rolling out structured training programs for partner sales teams
- Designing scalable processes --- Creating the standards and frameworks that make partner collaboration repeatable and efficient
- Owning revenue --- Managing partner-generated revenue and hitting defined KPIs
- Cross-functional collaboration --- Aligning closely with Product, Solutions Design and Operations to ensure partners are set up to win
- Co-developing solutions --- Shaping customised, co-branded products tailored to integrators' specific needs
- Being present --- Regular on-site visits to partners (~50% travel)
What You Bring
- Proven track record in partner or channel sales, ideally within logistics, automation or warehouse technology
- An existing network with leading systems integrators and a strong grasp of their business models and market requirements
- Experience building and leading teams and implementing new structures from scratch
- Technical affinity --- an engineering background or comfort with complex technical products is a real advantage
- Sharp negotiation and communication skills, with strong partner and customer orientation
- Fluency in both German (highly preferred) and English
- Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time
