We're working with a high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of robotics and artificial intelligence in the intralogistics automation space. They're not just talking about automation. They're deploying it at scale, helping enterprise clients across multiple industries fundamentally rethink how work gets done. With serious momentum behind them and an expanding European footprint, they're now looking for a commercially sharp Sales Manager to help drive their next phase of growth.
Location
This role is fully remote. Based in Germany, or alternatively within commuting distance of a major European hub --- London, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid/Barcelona or Rome.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling technology business at a pivotal moment. You'll own the full commercial cycle --- from identifying and approaching new prospects through to contract close and go-live --- while also helping to build out the sales function itself.
You won't just be selling. You'll be shaping how they go to market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target verticals including Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL
- Designing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
- Managing the full customer journey --- from first conversation to signed contract and successful implementation
- Recruiting and building a high-performing sales team as the business scales
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Design and Operations to develop tailored client propositions
- Building strong, lasting client relationships through regular on-site engagement
What They're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in intralogistics automation and network in the logistics or industrial sector
- A track record of developing and executing market entry or go-to-market strategies
- Technical curiosity --- an engineering background or comfort with complex, solution-based selling will set you apart
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a genuine customer-first mindset
- Experience in a fast-growth environment
- Fluency in both German (preferred) and English
- Flexibility for regular travel (~50% on the road)
