With a view to the next growth phase, we are strategically expanding our consulting structure and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (m/f/d) starting mid-Q2, who combines recruiting excellence with entrepreneurial sales understanding.

Your Responsibilities

  • Active talent acquisition in the highly competitive dental market via XING, LinkedIn, specialized industry portals, performance lead generation, and reliable referral networks
  • Independent new customer acquisition and business development in the dental sector (group practices, dental labs, industry) -- from strategic initial contact to contract closing
  • Consultative sparring partnership with dental leadership, practice managers, and managing directors -- with clear argumentation, negotiation skills, and assertiveness at eye level
  • Conception, positioning, and continuous optimization of job advertisements including market-appropriate refinement of benefits, target group focus, and conversion optimization
  • Structured screening and thorough qualification of candidates (phone and video interviews, professional assessment, motivation and career change analysis)
  • Building, maintaining, and strategically expanding a reliable candidate and customer network in a candidate-driven market with high reluctance to change
  • Management of the entire recruiting process -- from direct approach and interview coordination to contract negotiation and successful placement
  • Professional use and further development of our CRM system (Bullhorn) including KPI tracking, pipeline management, and forecast responsibility
  • Co-creation of recruiting campaigns, industry events, and strategic market offensives for sustainable market positioning
  • Analysis of new target groups, market potentials, and campaign performance with a clear entrepreneurial focus on revenue, margin, and scalability

Your Profile

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy or executive/professional recruiting, ideally in the medical field, healthcare, or a comparably specialized niche
  • Proven sales success in new customer acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships (own billings, KPI responsibility, target achievement)
  • Confident, reliable demeanor at the decision-maker level -- especially with dentists, practice owners, managing directors, and investor structures
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness in a demanding candidate market
  • High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and a clear performance mindset -- you want to shape, not just manage
  • Structured, KPI-oriented way of working with confident use of CRM systems (ideally Bullhorn or comparable ATS systems)
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; professional demeanor in written and telephone communication
  • Commitment to quality, speed, and sustainable customer relationships
  • Ambition to take on responsibility in the medium term -- professionally, in sales, or potentially in a leadership role
