Medical Product Manager M/F/X

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and goals aligned with company objectives and market needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, regulatory, and clinical backgrounds, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Oversee the development of product features, user interface, and integration with existing radiology workflows.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including FDA, CE, and other relevant guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing & operations team to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance, user satisfaction, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive continuous product enhancements.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Completion of specialist medical training (Facharzt) in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
• Passion for innovation and improving patient care through advanced technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in the German language, particularly from a medical perspective.

Good-to-have:

• Independent and autonomous work style.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Good communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues from diverse disciplines.
