About the Role
This role holds multiple vacancies: Key Account Manager & Net New Account Executive.
You understand that enterprise growth stems from building strong relationships, identifying value, and strategically growing accounts. You have a proven track record in SaaS, successfully increasing spend, spotting upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and transforming good accounts into great ones.
You are seeking clear visibility across your accounts, the autonomy to shape strategy, and the opportunity to work with a product that perfectly fits its Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You are motivated by seeing the tangible impact of your work on revenue growth and your own career progression.
This Enterprise Account Executive role offers that opportunity within a scaling SaaS business. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director, your focus will be on growing spend across key accounts. What will your day to day look like?
Relationship building is central to this role. You will strategically expand accounts within the DACH region. A typical week may involve:
- Developing and executing strategic plans for account expansion
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with multiple account stakeholders
- Addressing customer pain points to enhance product adoption
- Managing renewals and expansion contracts
- Cultivating key accounts for market reference
- Pursuing new logos in untapped markets
- Establishing relationships with new customers
- Consistently building a strong, qualified sales pipeline
- Handling deal negotiations with new customers
This role will suit you if you...
- Have prior experience selling SaaS/cloud tech solutions
- Are proficient as either a 'farmer' or a 'hunter'
- Can confidently upsell and cross-sell within an existing customer base
- Embrace a value-based, customer-centric sales approach
- Possess a proven track record in acquiring new customers and logos
- Are fluent in both German and English
- Are based in Germany or Austria and comfortable with travel
