Your Role

As a AI Growth & Automation Manager (m/f/d) at FORMEL SKIN, you will drive AI initiatives across the business and drive its adoption within teams.

What you'll do

• Identify high-impact AI and automation use cases across the business (e.g. Influencer Marketing, customer experience, internal workflows) and turn them into practical, scalable solutions
• Analyse existing processes and optimise workflows using the latest AI tools to drive efficiency, speed, and quality
• Act as an internal AI evangelist---driving adoption, upskilling teams, and delivering hands-on training sessions
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Tech to deploy AI across both revenue-generating and internal functions
• Rapidly prototype, test, and implement AI-driven solutions, tracking impact through clear metrics and continuous iteration
• Evangelise and occasionally mentor on relevant topics to wider business

You'll shine if you have experience

• Strong familiarity with the latest AI tools, trends, and real-world applications (no need to be a full engineer, but technically confident)
• Practical experience building out new workflows or processes using AI tools
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to thrive under pressure and move quickly
• A background in consulting, business, product, or technology with strong analytical and metrics-driven thinking
• Building and implementing solutions end-to-end (not just strategy), bonus if in B2C or subscription-based businesses
• Strong technical familiarity with deep knowledge of software and AI tooling
