Responsibilities

What awaits you:

• You are responsible for the tendering, awarding, and management of subcontractor services.
• You independently prepare and execute construction projects in turnkey interior finishing.
• You manage the cross-trade construction execution.
• You take responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs.
• You carry out the billing of construction services.
• Responsibility for quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Ensuring project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Technical know-how.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and realization of construction projects.
• German and English are your project and work languages.
• You have a confident command of VOB.
• Creativity, curiosity, and self-organization.
