Your Role

As a Media Designer specializing in Web & Digital / Web Designer, you will be responsible for the conception, design, and implementation of modern websites and digital projects.

You will primarily work with WordPress and Elementor, technically implementing design ideas cleanly, and have a feel for user experience, performance, and aesthetics.

In addition to web projects, you will also support us with online marketing topics and actively contribute to client projects – from the initial idea to the launch.

Qualifications

• Experience in web design as well as in the creation and implementation of user-friendly, modern, and creative websites
• Very good knowledge of WordPress & Elementor
• Ideally, experience with WooCommerce and/or Shopify
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, ideally first experiences with JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of responsive web design and the implementation of designs for various devices and screen sizes
• Experience in graphic design as well as in creating visual concepts and graphics for digital platforms
• Confident use of common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Good understanding of SEO (on-page optimization, clean site structures, loading times, mobile optimization)
• Good understanding of Google Ads and online marketing is an advantage
• Strong design sense, an eye for detail, and an independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, reliability, and enthusiasm for diverse agency projects
• A completed apprenticeship or a degree in media design, web design, or a comparable field is desirable, but not a requirement
