You don't settle for standard grids. Your passion is to transfer the aesthetics of high-quality magazines and the "glossy style" of modern brands to the web. You design websites that don't just function, but inspire -- always based on UX principles, but with the courage for exceptional design.
Your Tasks:
- Visual Excellence: You create "delicious" designs -- progressive, aesthetically demanding interfaces that set new standards in the enterprise environment.
- Brand-driven UI: You translate strong brand identities into digital experiences and bring editorial design quality to the browser.
- Creative Leadership: You are a sparring partner for strategy and drive the visual vision of our projects forward.
- UX meets Fancy: You prove daily that high-end aesthetics and first-class usability do not exclude each other, but rather reinforce each other.
What You Bring:
- Senior Expertise: You have an outstanding portfolio with a focus on progressive web design and high-fidelity UI.
- Aesthetic Soul: You have an eye for typography, layout, and details that make the difference between "good" and "awesome."
- UX Foundation: You master the rules of user experience, but you know exactly when to break them for an exceptional design.
- Tool Pro: Figma is your extended arm; you love building prototypes that make the "vibe" of the finished product palpable.
- Strategic Voice: You don't just design, you also argue. You strategically sell your designs and make it unmistakably clear to our clients how your visual vision achieves their business goals.
- Language Skills: Since you work closely with German-speaking clients, very good German skills are essential. You are fluent in English.
