Start Date: 06.10.2025 Location: Magdeburg (Hybrid option available) Weekly Hours: 20 - 40 h Training: 6-week training and transition phase Working Hours: Mon - Sat between 09:00 - 19:30 (including holidays), no Sundays (2-shift model) Salary: €2,223/month (for 40h/week) + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Handling all telephone and written customer inquiries regarding online payment services
  • Subsequent documentation of your consultations
  • Problem-solving in collaboration with the caller

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a commercial field
  • Fluent German (written and spoken, C2 level)
  • Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Enjoy communication and telephone work
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using the latest technologies
