We are now looking for a Sales Manager for Industrial & Commercial Energy Storage (C&I ESS) to join our dynamic European team. This role is responsible for expanding Fox ESS's energy storage business across the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), focusing on business development, customer relationship management, and driving revenue growth in the industrial and commercial market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Fox ESS's C&I energy storage solutions in the D-A-CH region
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with EPCs, distributors, developers, and key accounts
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives within the assigned territory
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and feedback to headquarters
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field
- 3 years of sales experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry (C&I ESS experience preferred)
- Proven track record of business development and achieving sales goals in the D-A-CH region
- Strong understanding of energy storage systems, inverters, or related technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German language proficiency is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region
