About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager ERP (m/f/d) for our partner, Kraftwerk Software Holding GmbH, a leading IT service provider for municipal utilities, energy suppliers, and network operators. Kraftwerk specializes in developing modern software solutions that merge the energy industry with IT, covering everything from billing systems and market communication to process and data management. Responsibilities

• Advise and support clients in the implementation and introduction of software.
• Structure client needs and translate them into actionable concepts for the development and consulting teams.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather individual customer requirements and needs for the product.
• Operate as the project lead for ERP sub-projects or entire projects, including resource planning, task prioritization, and timeline/budget control.
• Coordinate closely with the development team and ensure clean documentation of requirements and test results for correct technical implementation.

Qualifications

• Self-directed work style, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Ideally, an understanding of energy industry processes, regulatory requirements, or data exchange formats.
• Initial experience in ERP implementation, requirements management, IT project management, and/or IT consulting.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Energy Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system, along with knowledge of data structures, test concepts, or process documentation.
