Your Role as Mobility Manager (West Germany)

As the Free2move ambassador within our dealership network, your mission is to develop and optimize our Rent agency network, managing a fleet of several hundred vehicles in West Germany.

As an operations specialist at F2M, you will help drive growth and shape the future of our SaaS business. You will be responsible for improving business KPIs through training, coaching, and operational advice on managing car rental activities. A background in car rental operations and/or network management is essential.

Specific Tasks and Main Duties:

The Mobility Manager will support their sales area within the German organization, focusing on:

• Acquiring license partners
• Selling VaaS (Vehicle as a Service) products to license partners
• Increasing Rent registrations per license partner
• Providing business consulting, including potential and economic analysis
• Offering industry-specific consulting
• Conducting segment, vehicle, and capacity analysis
• Creating and monitoring action plans
• Developing local markets
• Providing basic training and instruction to employees on technical and IT topics
• Conducting training and coaching sessions
• Supporting and undertaking tasks within competence teams

You will report to the Operations Team Leader of Free2move.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Above-average commitment
• Completed studies in business administration or a relevant commercial vocational qualification

• Ability to design and organize your work environment long-term and systematically
• Sales mindset and commercial aptitude
