Your Responsibilities
- Actively identify and acquire new beauty & wellness partners in Germany
- Conduct product demos and advise on our software and payment solutions
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in the market
- Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partner Operations, and Product to further develop go-to-market strategies for DACH
- Continuously provide market feedback to strengthen Fresha's position in Germany
- Achieve and exceed personal KPIs and growth targets
Your Profile
- Native German speaker
- Initial professional experience in sales, business development, or a consulting role
- Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to help build new structures and processes
- Independent work style, ownership mindset, and positive energy
- Very good English skills for international collaboration
