Responsibilities
- At FRITZ!, you will develop, optimize, and establish a permanent IT documentation structure.
- You will maintain and develop our central knowledge base, including the creation, updating, and structuring of technical documentation, articles, FAQs, etc.
- As part of our ITIL implementation, you will be responsible for the setup, structure, and quality of the documentation.
- Regularly review and optimize our knowledge base for the currency and relevance of all content, and targetedly adapt and optimize existing articles.
- Revise texts and maintain version control, storage logic, and links – for example, to the ticket system or the knowledge base.
- Create, edit, and publish content for internal communication/IT news.
- Close coordination with the infrastructure, administration, application, and helpdesk departments.
Profile
- Successfully completed studies in Technical Writing, Knowledge Informatics, or similar, or completed training as an IT specialist with experience in documentation, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in the IT environment (e.g., support, infrastructure, application management) and experience with knowledge bases and/or documentation systems.
- You find writing and editing technical texts easy and can formulate complex topics clearly and understandably.
- Knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, and ITIL is desirable.
- You have a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy working with a focus on detail.
- You can communicate topics clearly and prefer a team-oriented way of working.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English language skills (B2 level).
