Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to support the planning, management, and execution of complex infrastructure and construction projects across all phases.
Responsibilities
- Assist in driving the planning and construction of complex projects through all phases.
- Support the delivery of projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
- Prepare status reports and contribute to milestone definitions and project schedules.
- Assist with preparation and oversight of procurement processes in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage external participants such as expert consultants and engineering firms in the planning and construction process.
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field. For juniors, a Master level degree is preferred.
- Strong German language skills (C1 to C2) required.
- Foundational interest in complex infrastructure and construction projects.
- Structured work style and willingness to take on responsibility.

- QGIS knowledge
- Initial practical experience from work, internships, working student roles, or projects with construction management or infrastructure focus
