Fundvis is a technology-driven platform designed to manage third parties across the entire Financial industry. We digitalize and automate administrative processes for Asset Managers, AIFMS, ManCos, Banks and Insurances from onboarding and data collection to monitoring, reporting, and regulatory documentation.

By intelligently aggregating and processing data from multiple sources, Fundvis creates transparency, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in an increasingly complex environment.

Role Description -- Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As CTO, you will define and execute Fundvis' overall technology vision and strategy. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing technology team while designing a scalable, secure, and future-proof platform architecture.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a forward-looking IT and product strategy
• Designing and evolving a robust, scalable, cloud-based architecture
• Leading and prioritizing software and product development initiatives
• Ensuring high standards in security, data integrity, performance, and compliance
• Collaborating closely with executive leadership, product, operations, and compliance teams to drive strategic growth

This is a full-time position based in Luxembourg, offering a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

Software Engineering

• Proven experience building and scaling modern software solutions (ideally SaaS or FinTech platforms)

IT Strategy & Architecture

• Strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, cloud-native architectures

Project & Product Leadership

• Demonstrated experience leading complex development projects and launching digital products

Technology Leadership

• Ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing engineering teams
