About FunnelCockpit

We are FunnelCockpit -- an innovative software company. Our mission: to build the best all-in-one marketing tool for small and medium-sized businesses. And we are well on our way to achieving this.

To enable us to continue growing, we are looking for you to strengthen our Customer Support team. You will help our customers successfully use FunnelCockpit in their daily lives -- friendly, solution-oriented, and with technical understanding.

How We Work

We are a remote-first team without a traditional office. You will work 100% from home -- if you wish, also from a co-working space.

We use modern tools for collaboration:

  • Slack for communication and quick coordination
  • Linear for task planning and ticket management
  • Intercom for direct customer contact

We always have an open ear for you: Your ideas and questions are welcome, and we have room for creative exchange. You will receive intensive support from the beginning and be accompanied by a mentor in your tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You will support our customers via Intercom -- in writing, friendly, and solution-oriented.
  • You will document inquiries in Linear and work closely with our product and development team.
  • You will test new features and actively help improve our knowledge base and AI features.
  • You will pass on feedback from customer support and contribute to making FunnelCockpit even better.
  • You will contribute your own ideas and work self-determinedly -- this is explicitly encouraged here.

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • You already have experience in customer service, ideally in a digital environment (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, IT support).
  • You speak fluent German and English -- you need English for communication with our international development team.
  • You have a good technical understanding and are not afraid of new tools.
  • You are solution-first, courteous, and solution-oriented.
  • You work reliably, structured, and independently from home.

Nice to have

  • Experience with other marketing tools or landing page/funnel builders.
  • Exposure to SEO & Performance Marketing (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
