Machine Learning Engineering Manager (Hybrid - Berlin)

My market-leading client has a superb new opening for a Machine Learning Engineering Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This role offers hybrid working. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Berlin for 1 day a week. This is an English-speaking position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering pipelines, tools, and infrastructure for data scientists.

Requirements:

• Proven commercial experience of putting solutions into production, at scale.
• At least 3 years of commercial hands-on machine learning engineering experience.
• Strong software engineering experience is essential.
• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Solid cloud experience and ability to build/deploy ML pipelines.
• Previous experience with large-scale machine learning, training huge models using incredibly large imaging datasets.

Compensation:

• Salary: ~ €120,000 + stock options (dependent on experience)
