About GamingCenter
GamingCenter is building a global marketplace for interactive gaming experiences.
Our platform connects players and gaming communities with streamers, content creators, professional players, and professional coaches for bookable gaming sessions, coaching, community events, and other interactive experiences. We are currently looking for motivated Partnership Growth Interns who would like to gain hands-on experience in partner acquisition, market research, outreach preparation, CRM management, and marketplace growth.
About the internship
We offer two possible internship formats:
• A voluntary internship of up to 3 months, subject to the candidate's eligibility and applicable German internship regulations
• A mandatory school or university internship of up to 6 months. Candidates must provide confirmation that the internship is required as part of their school, university, or study programme
The internship will initially be conducted remotely.
Your responsibilities
During the internship, you will support GamingCenter's Partnership Growth and Email Outreach activities.
Your tasks may include:
• Researching potential partners such as streamers, content creators, influencers, professional players, and gaming coaches
• Identifying suitable partner profiles across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and esports-related communities
• Reviewing potential partners based on relevance, audience, content quality, game category, and partnership potential
• Maintaining accurate and organised partner information in the GamingCenter Master Partner CRM
• Checking for duplicate leads before adding new partner profiles
• Preparing personalised email and direct message drafts
• Supporting follow-up preparation and reply tracking
• Helping improve partner acquisition processes, outreach templates and documentation
• Supporting basic market and competitor research
• Participating in team meetings, feedback sessions, training activities and partner communication simulations
• Escalating commercial, contractual, commission-related, or sensitive partner questions to the responsible team member
What we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you:
• Are currently studying or have recently studied business, marketing, communications, international management, sales, esports management, gaming, or a related field
• Have an interest in gaming, creator partnerships, esports, digital marketplaces, or online communities
• Can communicate professionally inEnglish or must have at least one European Language proficiency.
• Are comfortable conducting structured online research
• Can work independently while keeping your work properly documented
• Pay attention to details and understand the importance of accurate CRM records
• Are reliable, transparent and willing to ask questions when something is unclear
• Are comfortable working in a remote and international environment
• Can receive feedback and improve your work during the process
Previous partnership, outreach, sales, CRM, influencer marketing or gaming industry experience is helpful but not required.
Recruitment process
Our recruitment process is designed to help both GamingCenter and the candidate understand whether the role is a good fit.

Invitation for selected candidates to a structured 14-day pre internship trial and assessment process
The 14 day process may include onboarding, company and department training, research exercises, CRM documentation, communication simulations, feedback sessions and approved internal tasks.
The exact scope, schedule, expectations and conditions of the 14 day process will be shared with selected candidates before it begins.
Candidates who complete the process successfully, and where both sides are satisfied with the collaboration, may be invited to begin the formal internship.

Potential opportunity after the internship
Candidates who perform strongly and successfully complete their internship may be considered for a future Working Student or Full Time position, depending on:

• Availability of an appropriate position
• Eligibility to work in Germany
Future roles may follow a hybrid working structure, with approximately two working days per week at our Berlin office and the remaining days completed remotely.
Continuation after the internship is not guaranteed and will be evaluated individually.
