Our Dutch client Bemontex is a family-run company and manufacturer of outdoor clothing. Bemontex develops its own clothing collections and offers a tailor-made solution for every need, both for its own brand 'Life-Line' and for the development of private label clothing collections for clients. With over 50 years of experience, Bemontex combines sustainable and responsible fabrics with high-quality designs. Through concept development and collection planning tailored to customer needs, new insights, trends, and products, Bemontex gives the word 'support' a whole new meaning. Thanks to an extensive network of fabric suppliers and production facilities, no idea is too crazy to implement.
The production line is fully certified and subject to strict quality controls. The focus is always on sustainable and responsible processes and products for customers. Through long-standing partnerships with leading retailers and brands in the sports, garden, and leisure sectors, Bemontex knows exactly what it takes to launch a brand or collection.
For 3 decades, Bemontex has also been delighting the German market in a smaller niche. To continue this success story and to build up and expand the 'Life-Line' brand in Germany with energy, passion, and conviction in the outdoor retail sector, the company is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager D (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities

You will acquire new customers in outdoor retail and inspire them with the 'Life-Line' brand.

For existing customers, you will ensure targeted assortment expansion and a strong presence of our products.

You will manage your business with a focus on market penetration, profitability, and efficiency – and you know exactly which levers to pull.

You will develop sales strategies for sustainable market development and implement them with the same vigor and pragmatism.

You will prepare offers, calculate prices, and carefully prepare contracts.

You will keep an eye on all relevant interfaces throughout the entire process.

In close cooperation with the team in the Netherlands, you will advance topics together and share valuable market insights.

You will represent Bemontex at relevant trade fairs and enthusiastically communicate the idea of the 'Life-Line' brand externally.
Your Profile

You have comprehensive experience in sales management and know how to build and develop strong customer relationships.

The outdoor retail market is your home – with in-depth know-how, a strong network, and a keen sense for trends and dynamics in this environment.

You have a strong commercial understanding and convince in negotiations with clarity and skill.

A plus: You already have experience with fabrics, cuts, and their functionalities.

You think strategically, but you also enjoy getting your hands dirty – planning and implementation simply go hand in hand for you.

You have a pioneering spirit, work goal-oriented, and have the necessary willingness to travel to actively drive Bemontex's 'Life-Line' brand in the market.

You have excellent communication skills and good English language skills (in-company).
