What you will achieve with us:
- Operation and further development of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments
- Planning and implementation of hybrid cloud strategies (on-premises & cloud)
- Management of projects in the area of backup and disaster recovery
- Ensuring IT security and compliance in hybrid system landscapes
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of the infrastructure
- Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Willingness to travel for project coordination and support at national and international locations

- You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure.
- You possess sound knowledge of Active Directory, backup and disaster recovery strategies, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- You have experience with hybrid cloud architectures, for example with Azure or VMware.
- You bring knowledge in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- You have a good understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements.
- You impress with your communication skills, teamwork, and structured approach to work.
- You are flexible and willing to travel, accompanying cross-location projects on-site.
