Your Responsibilities:

• Content & Campaigns (Internal & External): Planning and implementation of target group-oriented marketing and communication campaigns, as well as further development of existing formats such as blog, video, and social media.
• Platform & CMS Responsibility: Support and optimization of the CMS, content, structure, and user experience in close coordination with IT, agencies, and specialist departments.
• AI & Digital Marketing Tools: Use of AI tools for content creation, identification of efficiency potentials, as well as testing and introduction of new tools and formats.
• Projects & Performance: Management of cross-departmental communication and marketing projects, as well as analysis and optimization of content and campaign performance.
• Support of change processes through targeted communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as People & Culture and Management.

What We're Looking For:

• Sound professional experience in digital marketing, content management, or communication.
• Good understanding of digital channels, content strategies, and campaign logic.
• Experience with CMS systems.
• Interest in AI tools and digital trends.
• Analytical thinking skills and a feel for effective content.
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
• Very good German and good English skills.
