TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU:
- Functional and technical review of project layouts You review mechanical system layouts for functionality, technical feasibility, and compliance with all relevant standards.
- Layout-related processing of customer specifications, third-party trades, and project data You consider building parameters, third-party trades, customer-specific requirements, and internal specifications -- including dimensional surveys -- and translate them into a coherent, implementable layout.
- Support in the creation of the mechanical requirements specification Together with Project Engineering, you define mechanical requirements and provide the technical content for the mechanical requirements specification.
- Development of the safety and access concept You work with the Project Engineering team and CE management to create a well-thought-out safety and access concept.
- Accompanying the layout to the as-built status You support the entire layout process up to the final build-ready version and ensure the correct implementation of the mechanical content.
- Dimensional surveys with state-of-the-art 3D measuring technology (max. 5% of the scope of duties) Precise on-site surveys of existing systems or buildings to ensure accurate planning data.
SKILLS YOU NEED:
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, further training as a Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in development or design
- Experience in the review of mechanical systems and knowledge of current guidelines and standards
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and strong communication skills for targeted stakeholder management
- Competencies in intralogistics and conveyor technology are an advantage
