Your Responsibilities

• Operational and organizational leadership and control of the project to optimally achieve project goals within the given framework.
• Project planning and organization.
• Written project processing with planners, clients, and suppliers (e.g., hindrances, notices of objection, confirmation letters).
• Identifying, recording, and preparing additional claims for calculation.
• Project controlling / status checks (determining actual vs. target deviations, performance reports).
• Value-oriented leadership of project teams.
• Client support.

Your Profile

• Master craftsman, technician, technical degree, or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in the main tasks mentioned.
• Knowledge of concealed, ventilated facades (VHF) and IFBS.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of VOB (Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen), trade-specific expertise.
• Diplomatic skill, integrity, and authenticity.
• Cooperation and teamwork skills.
• Persuasiveness and assertiveness.
• Organized and structured way of working.
