Your Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership for the payroll and accounting department.
• Independently prepare, execute, and finalize monthly payroll and salary accounting.
• Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations.
• Handle the processing of certificates and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for payroll, social security law, and other company benefits.
• Process new hires and terminations, including master data maintenance.
• Correspond with authorities, social security institutions, and health insurance providers.
• Prepare personnel statistics and analyses.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in HR, payroll tax and social security law, and payroll accounting is desirable.
• Knowledge of social security, labor, and tax law.
• Experience with CSS/SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in leading teams is desirable.
• Confident use of all MS Office programs.
• High degree of service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
