What awaits you

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the payroll department
• Independent preparation, execution, and follow-up of monthly payroll and salary accounting
• Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
• Handling of certificates and reporting requirements
• Contact person for payroll and social security law issues, as well as other company benefits
• Processing of new hires and leavers, including master data maintenance
• Correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, and health insurance companies
• Preparation of personnel statistics and analyses

What you bring

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience in human resources, payroll tax and social security law, as well as in payroll accounting is desirable
• Knowledge of social security, labor, and tax law
• Experience with CSS/SAP is an advantage
• Experience in leading teams is desirable
• Confident handling of all MS Office programs
• High degree of service orientation and teamwork skills
• Confident demeanor, strong communication skills
