On behalf of a renowned company in communication technology, we are looking for a Software Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) at the Kiel site.
The position is to be filled immediately on a full-time basis and is initially limited to two years as part of temporary employment. In this innovative corporate environment, there are excellent prospects for long-term employment thereafter.
Your Tasks as a Software Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
- You will be responsible for the collection, structuring, and maintenance of software requirements throughout the entire development process.
- You will manage change management and support risk and implementation management.
- You will act as a communicative interface between development, project teams, and other stakeholders, creating a common understanding of software requirements.
- You will establish and live the requirements management process across our tool landscape.
- You will keep an eye on customer projects as well as product development, including traceability, interface compatibility, and baseline management.
What You Bring to the Table
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- Sound experience in the conception of software solutions, ideally in the environment of complex software platforms.
- Knowledge of methods and tools for requirements engineering (e.g., IREB, SysML, or UML are advantageous).
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- An independent, structured way of working, as well as high initiative and a desire to shape things.
