The work is carried out on-site at our clients or remotely as part of mobile working, independent of our locations. Your place of residence determines your primary area of deployment.
Your Tasks
- Audit compliance with regulatory requirements in the preparation of annual financial statements, audits, and special audits (e.g., MaRisk) at clients
- Implementation and further development of audit-related consulting services in the context of risk management and overall bank control
- Taking responsibility for supporting our clients in building their own customer network
- Communicating new developments in risk management and overall bank control to management boards and decision-makers in banks at specialist conferences and seminars
- Handling orders outside the cooperative network with our network partners
- We enable individual specialization in your development according to your own interests
Your Qualification
- Completed business administration degree, preferably with a focus on Banking & Finance, Financial Management/Regulation, Consulting & Auditing, Accounting, Controlling & Taxation, Financial Management, Business Administration, Controlling & Accounting, or Business Mathematics
- Alternatively, training as a bank clerk with several years of relevant professional experience in overall bank control, controlling/risk management, in a financial services company, or in auditing
- Ideally, initial professional experience in the cooperative banking environment
- Enjoyment of regulatory issues, the conception of customer-oriented solutions, and taking on personal responsibility
- Furthermore, you are willing to travel nationwide
