Your Responsibilities

• Strategic expansion of our AI business - with a focus on the Financial Services and Industry sectors.

• Positioning GFT as a thought leader in Artificial Intelligence - with key clients, in the professional community, and on relevant platforms.

• Translating complex AI technologies into tangible, business-relevant solution scenarios with measurable added value.

• C-level consulting, including conception and execution of workshops, use-case designs, and proof-of-concepts.

• Close collaboration with Sales, Tech Leads, Data Scientists, and Marketing to optimally address customer needs.

• Support in go-to-market strategies, proposal processes, and strategic customer initiatives.

• Identification, evaluation, and further development of innovative AI products and service offerings.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Economics, Business Informatics, Informatics, (Financial) Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
• In-depth expertise in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), modern ML architectures, and data strategies.
• Proven experience in customer contact, ideally in advisory or consulting roles.
• Confident demeanor at C-level, strong communication skills, and high presentation competence.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and clear results orientation.
• Good understanding of modern IT architectures and their integration with AI solutions.
• Ability to combine business development with technological depth.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
