Your Tasks
- Independent preparation of operating and heating cost statements for commercially used properties (individual properties or portfolios)
- Checking and processing cost documents as well as allocation keys and special agreements according to rental agreements, legal regulations, and BetrKV within the scope of preparing the statements
- Communication with tenants and owners, service providers, and internal property teams to clarify billing issues
- Processing objections to operating cost statements
- Interim control of advance payments, booked invoices for correct distribution and booking
- Responsibility for deadline control and adherence to rental agreement and legal billing cycles
- Support with operating cost budgets, economic plans, and forecasts for customers
- Participation in the optimization, further development, and digitalization of billing processes in SAP
- Creation of dispatch files (PDF with attachments such as receipts) with verification of delivery authorization
- Ensuring dispatch execution (digital dispatch via Binect)
- Participation in benchmarking activities and support in implementing cost reduction measures
- Creation of internal benchmarking overviews and checking market conformity based on external operating cost reports
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training (real estate agent; real estate specialist) or a degree with a background in real estate management
- Several years of practical professional experience in property management
- Good knowledge of rental and operating cost law
- Prior knowledge of SAP, Gypsilon, and iMS are advantageous
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Confident demeanor and practiced interaction with tenants and clients
