As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Grants / Ecosystem Manager to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to design and manage grant programs, support ecosystem participants, and drive the growth of projects within the GOGAMETOKEN ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience in ecosystem development, and a deep understanding of Web3 environments.

This is a fully remote position open to professionals based in Lithuania.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage grant programs to support developers, creators, and ecosystem contributors.
• Evaluate grant applications, conduct due diligence, and select high-potential projects.
• Manage relationships with grantees and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DAO governance participants to align grant distribution with ecosystem priorities.
• Track and report on grant performance, impact, and ROI.
• Identify ecosystem gaps and propose initiatives to attract new builders and partners.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and community teams to support ecosystem growth.
• Organize and coordinate ecosystem initiatives such as hackathons, campaigns, and community programs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor ecosystems to refine grant strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecosystem development, community building, operations, or partnerships (preferably in Web3 or tech).
• Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DAOs, and token-based incentives.
• Experience managing programs, projects, or funding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to evaluate projects from both strategic and operational perspectives.
• Familiarity with crypto wallets and on-chain interactions.
• Experience working in remote and fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of English (written and verbal).
