Responsibilities:

• Project administration in the company's own management system (project creation, monitoring, and control)
• Creation of activity records in Excel and independent invoicing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Control and analysis of project statuses and costs (e.g., target-actual comparisons, ad-hoc analyses) and meetings with project managers
• Support of large-scale projects with high economic and organizational complexity
• Participation in departmental consultations
• Contribution to the creation of sales and earnings planning

Candidate Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or business studies degree
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Structured and performance-oriented work style with a high degree of initiative
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Discretion and loyalty are a matter of course
